Change In Convention Date
Please note that the 2008 Senate District 44 convention is going to take place on Monday, March 3rd instead of Thursday, February 28th as previously reported. Same location at the Hopkins Eisenhower Community Center. Same start time of 7pm. Just a different date.

I wasn't able to make it to the BPOU last night but was wondering if anyone volunteered or was endorsed to run for the 44A house district seat against Steve Simon?
I was woundering if you were able to post the results for the BPOU, for who is moving onto the next level.

Someone did announce last night he's running against Steve Simon. If I remember correctly, his name is Darrell Brown.
I don't recall there being a formal endorsement, though.
Officially there have been no candidate endorsements yet in 44A, 44B, or the MN Senate race. They mentioned that a candidate search committee was being formed.
I left before the results were announced last night. I'll see if I can get my hands on them and post 'em here.
