The 2006 Senate District 44 Endorsing Convention will take place on Sunday, August 13th at 1pm in Burnes Park in Hopkins (map). Delegates and alternates from SD44 will consider endorsements for State Senate and State Reps for 44A and 44B.
Best of all, there will be free food and refreshments as well as special guests. Sometimes political conventions can be a bit of a grind. This time, we'll be outdoors, eating, drinking, and making merry, all the while conducting some crucial political business. It really don't get much better.
